The Run in the Chicago Tribune!

The Chicago Tribune picked up the story originally published in the Huntington Beach Independent!  Awesome :  )

Saw an absolutely beautiful sunset today and enjoyed a nice day with my brother. He just made us veggie burgers :  )  I am so stoked about the Chicago Tribune that I don’t have too much else to report back on.

I’ve been in the desert for a few days and the number one lesson I’ve learned is that EVERYTHING will prick, poke, scratch, harm you.  I’m used to running by bushes without worrying about the branches hitting my skin, not the case here. It’s crazy! And what’s crazier is that the rodents out here eat these plants and cacti too.  Pretty cool to see how plants and animals adapt to their environments. And there are rabbits everywhere! they come out at night and you can see 5 or 6 anywhere you look. Pretty neat.

Hope everyone has a good MLK Jr day tomorrow!!
